Tuning In - Parenting Circle

The greatest, most impactful role of your life

that you were never meant to be doing alone.

DSC_6786.jpg

Let's come together

For a 90 minute workshop and sharing circle where we’ll come together to learn, reflect, listen and share stories.

Part circle, part workshop, join me and fellow parents in a nourishing and regenerative space where you’ll feel held, heard, more connected and less alone.

Together we’ll explore the nervous system and ways in which we can support ourselves whilst honouring the desire to parent with relationship and connection at the centre.

Learn how to weave repair after a rupture into our parenting.

Spend time gaining clarity on your own unique parenting WHY

(something you will come back to, time and time again).

What you will gain
from our time together:

A tangible values practice to take home (to do on your own, with your partner, or co-parent), which will help you gain more clarity on the bigger picture and your unique parenting WHY.

Some valuable information and insights into what happens for us and our kids when big feelings and behaviours are present.

Looking at the body and somatic tools that can support you in the moments of chaos.

Processes and examples of repairing after you've reacted in a less desirable way (it happens, we're all human!) and how this could be the greatest gift to your child now and for the future.

Through the power of coming together you will feel more connected and less alone.
